1    There will be a Conference Fee of €300 payable in advance.

2    The Conference will be held at the Hotel Berlin Berlin situated in down-town Berlin, Lützowplatz 17, 10785 Berlin.

      40 rooms have been provisionally reserved until Friday 27 April at a cost of €115 for a single room, including breakfast, and €145 for a double room.

      It is your responsibility to make your own reservation and to pay your hotel bill in Berlin.  

      Please quote EALCJ as a booking reference to receive the preferential rate.

3    Unfortunately, we have been unable to obtain European Funding this year.

4    Berlin has two airports, Tegel (TXL) and Schönefeld (SXF) and both have easy access to the hotel as follows:-

      Airport Tegel (TXL)

      The Airport has direct bus access.  Take the bus "X9 or 109" to station "Zoological Garten" and then bus "100" to station "Lützowplatz" (approx 30 min).

      Airport  Schönefeld (SXF)

      The airport has direct airport express access.  Take RE7 or RB14 to station "Zoogischer Garden" and then bus "100" to station "Lützowplatz".

5    An informal welcome buffet supper will be available at the hotel between 7.30 and 10pm on Thursday evening (31st May), at delegates own expense.

6    The Conference Dinner will be held on Friday evening, possibly at the Reichstag and a social programme will be arranged for the Saturday afternoon and evening
